How to: Boot your notebook from a cd or dvd.

You have to enter your notebooks bios screens to change boot options.
There are a few bios producer. We will tell you popular bios producers settings.
When you start your computer, check the boot-screen for setup key, In most newer notebook and laptop it will be DELETE or F2 Key.
Phoenix BIOS
- Restart you notebook and press the key when starting. ( In this case press F2).
- Choose Advanced Bios Features.
- Set First Boot Device to CDROM and Second or third to HDD.
- Press F10 to save it.
AmiBios settings
- Restart you notebook and press the key when starting. ( In this case press DELETE).
- Choose the BOOT option.
- Choose Boot Device Priority and choose first boot device to CDROM and second boot device to HARD DRIVE.
- You can press F10 to save settings
Phoenix – Award Bios
- Restart you notebook and press the key when starting. ( In this case press DELETE).
- Choose Advanced Bios Features.
- Set First Boot Device to CDROM and Second or third to HDD-0 and Press F10 to save it.

Great work.
I have HP Pavilion dv5-1251nr built in Windows Vista 64 .
But .. I would like to change my notebook form vista to Window XP . So . I do it. At first , boot from DVD . At this step, searching previous window from hard drive, “blue screen” appears. I think , Bios is block . How to do … Please
I have also Del desktop but it can’t change 7 to xp. then i collect del windos xp cd. now i give windox xp setup. so u need a hp xp cd. u can try it. may be got good resuts
